Silex in partnership with German SCR supplier
Silex Innovations Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, Canada,
a manufacturer of silencers and complete exhaust systems
for power generation and gas compression applications,
has announced a partnership with Steuler Anlagenbau GmbH & Co.
of Germany to market Steuler's selective catalytic reduction
(SCR) systems in North America.
"As exhaust noise and emission regulations become
more stringent across North America, the need for fully
engineered and integrated exhaust system solutions continues
to grow," said Lorne Gauer, president of Silex Innovations. "Our
partner Steuler has over 20 years of experience as a
market leader and is synonymous with quality in environmental
protection and pollution control equipment markets worldwide."

Steuler, headquartered in Hoehr-Grenzhausen, Germany, was founded in 1908, and
operates in a number of engineered industries, including refractory systems
for industrial applications and surface protective systems for building materials.
Annual revenue is approximately $256 million and the company employs nearly
1600 people.
